It comprises of a block with 22 stories and another block with 28 stories that accommodates 225 residential units. It also has a block of multi-story car-park with a garden and precinct pavilion. It is located at Lot 08305K PT MK 05 at Jurong East Avenue 1.
Project Information
Greenwave provides AIRWASTE System with 2 nos. of dust screw of 2.5 cum & 1.5 cum for refuse and recyclables storage respectively. Each dust screw is integrated to discharge valves connected to the refuse pipeline. There is also 1 pair of Output Disposal Inlet (ODI) to cater for the refuse & recyclables for common area located on the ground floor.
There is approximately 80m of 508mm OD refuse pipe haunched with concrete and buried in the ground. The airwaste system is connected to the existing PWS refuse pipeline of Yuhua Greenfield.
