Environmental Stewardship (E)

We actively pursue reductions in energy usage, lower carbon footprints, resource recycling and green sourcing.
For example, we have invested in solar-generation at our factories and site operations; we recycle all metal scrap from our fabrication work; and our proprietary AIRWASTE VARIABLE FLOW TECHNOLOGY (AVFT) maximises vacuum generation efficiency in our systems to optimise energy performance compared to conventional exhauster systems.
We also design and deploy stationary waste handling systems such as rotary drums, dust screw and other solutions that reduce truck-haulage and road travel, thereby lowering greenhouse-gas emissions.
Renewable Energy Consumption
Reduce electrical usage in factories/sites; 100% of pipe welding uses electricity generated from on-site solar panels.
Proprietary System Optimization
Monitor and optimize PWC system energy consumption using AIRWASTE Variable Flow Technology (AVFT) for reduced energy compared to conventional exhausters.
Reduced Logistics Emissions (Scope 3)
Utilize stationary compactors (refuse dust screws/rotary drums) to significantly reduce waste collection truck travel distance/fuel consumption.
Waste Diversion Rate
Ensure 100% of waste scrap from metal fabrication work is tracked and sent for recycling.
Sustainable Supplier Adoption
Key metal suppliers must hold ISO 14001 certification and procure from sustainable sources/environmentally friendly practices.
Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR)
Maintain a world-class safety record by targeting zero Lost Time Injuries.
Employee Training & Development
Provide 40 hours of safety and professional development training per employee annually.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Promote an inclusive hiring practice and maintain gender/cultural diversity across all levels.
Social Responsibility (S)

We uphold safe working environments on our sites and in our fabrication facilities; we provide training and development for employees; we engage responsibly with our clients, local communities and suppliers; and we aim for inclusive recruitment and fair labour practices.
Corporate Governance (G)

We maintain strong oversight of our business practices, ensure transparency and accountability in our operations, adopt procurement policies that select suppliers with recognised environmental management systems, and ensure our board and management are aligned with the long-term interests of our stakeholders.
Senior-management ESG oversight
ESG steering committee established.
ESG Risk Integration
Regular review of material ESG risks, including climate-related risks and supply chain resilience.
Compliance with standards
Compliance with BCA, NEA Code of Practice and SS 642
