Our Pneumatic Food Waste Conveyance and Treatment System combines a pneumatic waste conveyance backbone with on-site microbial digestion to move, process, and discharge food waste as grey water with exceptional hygiene and efficiency.
At the point of generation, food waste is tipped into a disposal inlet. A built-in shredder instantly macerates the waste into pumpable particles that protect the downstream network from clogs and maintain flow stability.
Once macerated, negative pressure in the pipe network pulls the material away from the waste disposal rooms. At the terminal end, the flow discharges into our high-efficiency digester machines, where specialised microbes break down organics continuously. This closed, automated process converts food waste into grey water suitable for discharge to the sewer.
