Greenwave provides AIRWASTE system with 42 nos. of discharge valves that are fitted in bunker room for villas and common throw-in points, and tank rooms seated on basement slab for 7 apartment towers. All tank rooms are built to within 1.5m headroom for non GFA.
There is approximate 1750m of 508mm OD refuse pipe in predominantly buried scheme and tied back to basement slab, and a short length of suspended pipe with acoustic insulation.
Greenwave also provided 32 nos. of refuse chute pipe sleeve for formation of chute break fall and self-closing louver flap for odor control above the tank rooms.
The Bin Centre s fitted with double compactor designed to handle up to 40cum of refuse daily, and all equipment is layout to minimize the Bin Centre GFA.
